The journey began 15 years ago, when Binod started a small web design and development agency from his hostel room while studying in the final semester of his Bachelor’s degree at IOE WRC. Along with his close friend Amrit, he worked on early projects, learned by building, and grew through real-world experience.
After graduating, Binod made a bold decision to move to Kathmandu and formally establish a service-based IT company with his brother Bikash. Over the years, the company grew slowly but steadily – expanding its skill set, strengthening the team, gaining clients, and building long-term trust in the tech industry.
At the end of 2022, the sobiztrend Board of Directors decided to diversify the business model – from purely service-based work to product-based innovation. This led to the evolution of sobij.com, which now maintains the core products, values, and long-term vision while also integrating existing businesses under the sobiztrend ecosystem.
Today, sobiztrend.com has transformed into a developer blog of Sobijers.
Sobijers are the developers, engineers, and creators working at sobij – sharing real experiences, technical knowledge, tutorials, best practices, and lessons learned while building products at scale.
